职责描述：
*  create the long term kps development plan in ife-victall, and implement/track/adjust  the plan.
*  create the annual kps development plan and implement/track/adjust the plan.
*  provide the professional technical support in order to  develop the lean project in our company
* find the improvement opportunities
*  create lean improvement team.
*  train and coach the lean improvement team members.
*  lead some lean projects
*  support other lean projects
*  train the new employees,  implement daily  training for employees
*  5s audit/report.
*  develop/manage the suggestion system
*  manage/coordinate quarter report meeting of kps project state.
*  maintain/update the kps information board and signage
*  implement the training arrangement of company.
*  fulfill other task required by supervisor
任职要求：
* master the theory of industrial engineering knowledge
* could lead the lean projects independently
* good communication skills and good teamwork spirits
* good english both written and oral
