Job Description1.Provide software quality assurance of electronic development project. Including quality planning, software release strategy, and software release implementation. Review the software relevant test result and assure the software release without critical bugs to satisfy the reliable product quality; 在新项目中和软件变更时，主动识别软件风险并消除风险. 评审软件相关的测试结果，并确保软件释放时没有严重缺陷以满足可靠的产品质量。​3.Lead problem solving in case of software development related issues. Contribute in software trouble shooting during ramp up and under series production as key contributor; 在遇到软件开发相关问题时，主导问题的解决。在软件故障分析中做出突出贡献，包括爬坡阶段和量产阶段。​​​​4.Drive the quality improvement in the project level and organization level (to found out the solution especially for common findings); 在项目层级和组织层级，牵引质量改进（特别是针对共通问题，要寻找到解决方案）。​5.Deep understanding the software development process and able to give coach and guidance for the software developers and test engineers. To able to synergy the multi locations cooperation and collaborations, for achieve the global process alignment and process rollout. 对软件开发流程有深度理解，以指导和引导软件开发人员和测试人员。 能够协同多地间的合作和协作，以达到全球流程的统一化以及流程落地。Professional Requirements 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Software, Information, telecommunication Engineering or related. 本科或以上学历，软件工程,信息工程或通信工程等相关专业。2.5 years above working experience, 3 year above Software quality management experience. 5年以上工作经历，3年以上的软件质量管理经验。3.Familiar with Software project management and software development process, especially in software release and embedded software system is preferred. 熟悉软件项目管理和软件开发流程，尤其是软件释放的经验，有嵌入式软件系统经验的优先。4.Knowledge of programming languages like C, C ，advanced in code review and test case script; 有编程语言C,C 的知识，熟练的代码审查和测试用例脚本。5.Basic knowledge of development maturity evaluation e.g. CMMI, plus ASPICE. 有开发成熟度评估的基础知如CMMI，附加项ASPICE。6.Provide Deliverable software product performance and Problem Solving ability after delivery. 提供可交付的软件产品性能，并对交付后的软件具备问题解决能力。7.Fluent English speaking and writing ability，with global site team for daily communication. 具备流利的英语听说能力，和全球团队进行日常沟通交流。8.Technical background in UI, algorithm, digitalization, AI, machine learning as plus item. 技术背景作为附件项：如UI，算法，数字化，人工智能，机器学习。
