岗位职责 Job Description:1. 负责品牌专卖店与项目销售之间的协作沟通,建立并维护品牌专卖店销售代表和区域项目D2C业务人员 及其他部门的业务合作Responsible for collaboration between BFS and project sales, build and maintain cooperation of BFS sales rep, with project business clusters, and other departments2. 识别新的商机并不断扩展业务范围Identify additional business opportunities and continuously extend business scope3. 发展新的D2C(light)商业生态系统,建立与完善经销商资质及审核标准Develop new D2C (light) entrepreneurial ecosystem, build and improve customer qualifications and criterion.4. 分析BSH与最终消费者之间更直接互动的可能性,评估品牌专卖店代销模式的益处Analyze the possibilities for more direct interaction between BSH and end-consumers, evaluate benefits of agency model through BFS5. 管理与后精装业务相关的系统,流程和规则Manage business model related systems, processes and regulations for trade up-across business.6. 制定并达成一致的后精装销售策略和销售目标Develop and achieve on a sales strategy and target for the Trade up
