Job description：

1.Responsible for product safety relevant regulatory requirement implementation in RGC. Support working on product safety relevant BSH group policy, regulation, process creation/revision from RGC perspective.
负责组织国家产品安全相关法律法规要求的内部实施。参与BSH集团产品安全相关政策、规定、流程的创建及修订工作。

2.Responsible for RGC product safety topic clarification (technical root cause, risk assessment etc.) with internal partners, ensuring execution of BSH PSO decisions in case an external action need.
负责与相关职能部门共同澄清大中华区产品安全话题（如技术原因、风险评估等），并确保执行BSH产品安全委员会有关外部行动的决定。

3.Leading cooperation with BSH internal organization unit and external institute to continuously improving CTS handling competence for all relevant functional organizational unit in RGC.
与BSH内部组织以及外部机构合作，持续提升大中华区相关职能单位产品安全问题的处理能力。

4.Regularly analyze CTS notification together with product category investigation team, support team to properly allocate investigation result and follow up next activities for improvement.
定期与各产品单元调查小组共同分析产品安全通知信息，协助小组正确分配调查结果，并持续跟进后续改进活动。

5.Responsible for RGC product safety analysis center operation management, include management rule/test procedure review, test operator safety operation training, equipment management etc.
负责大中华区产品安全分析中心的运营管理，包括管理规定/测试程序文件的修订、测试人员安全操作培训、设备管理等。

Professional Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in science and engineering is preferred. Above 5 years working experience in relevant filed.
大学本科以上学历（理工科优先），5年以上相关领域工作经验。

2.Required knowledge: familiar with national market access regulatory requirement, quality methods particular for problem solving, technical risk assessment methods, and product design engineering etc.
专业知识：熟悉国家市场准入相关法律法规要求，问题解决相关的质量方法，技术风险评估方法，产品设计制造知识等。

3.Professional intercultural communication and coordination skills, systemic thinking mindset。
具备跨文化交流沟通和协调能力，系统性思考思维方式。
