EC-DE is driving the China specific features/services software development as its vision/strategy, e.g., My Journey, My Car, and/or My Life. This position is set up to design, develop and implement such services based on Android Automotive Embedded. Ideally the services are based on the global product and platform. Due to the difference in China market as a specific entity, on one hand, China customer’s requirements should be understood to adapt the global services locally and create China specific services; on the other hand, the according software development is necessary to enable the services. Main Responsibility: · You will lead a feature team to develop both business and technical requirements. · You will plan the project, define the milestones, acceptance criteria and de-composition the backlog to stakeholders. · You will work with UI/UX design, HMI and other developers to implement the features. · You will steer the implementation directions with technical experts. · You will take the end-to-end development responsible role from different phase to start of production with respect to system performance, cost, quality and time. · You will be a project responsible person working with other teams or partners/suppliers/colleagues in China/Munich, and you lead the product discussions with them, to ensure the quality and performance of product with on time delivery. · Steer Tier 1 supplier, local suppliers and local dev team to ensure product delivery Qualifications and experience: * Master in Computer Science, Automotive, Engineering or equivalent. * 3-5 years experience in product delivery / management. * Experience on Automotive infotainment system development. * Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver extraordinary products. * Excellent knowledge in deriving feasible ideas or improvement plan from trend analysis and research results. * Proficiency in English. * High motivation to steering the project moving forwards from 0 to 1. * Sensitive detect the project risk, planning the countermeasures and report on time. * Strong experience of BRD, MRD, PRD and other product documentations. * Strong experience of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft tools. * Knows all roles in a project lifecycle, hence highly valuable project team member.
