Key Responsibilities:
1. Macroeconomic and Financial Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of macroeconomic, financial markets, especially the foreign exchange market.
- Monitor and interpret global and regional economic data and policy changes, assessing their impact on the market.
2. Research Reports and Market Commentary
- Regularly write research reports and market commentary to provide professional insights to internal and external clients.
- Produce and publish market trend analysis and forecast reports.
3. Market Trends and Trading Strategy Recommendations
- Work closely with the treasury trading team to provide market trend and trading strategy recommendations.
- Participate in the formulation and optimization of trading strategies to enhance investment returns and risk management.
4. Industry Conferences and Seminars
- Represent the company at industry conferences and conduct seminars to share research findings and market views.
- Establish and maintain a network of relationships with industry experts, academics, and other financial institutions.

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, with priority given to those with business-level Japanese proficiency.
2. A bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields, with a master's degree being preferred.
3. At least 5 years of work experience in financial market analysis or related fields, with preference given to candidates with experience in foreign exchange market analysis.
4. Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software, with excellent data analysis and modeling skills.
5. Holding relevant financial certifications such as CFA, FRM is preferred.
6. Possessing good team spirit and communication skills.
